THE WHEEL OF EMOTIONS

Ages 3 and up.

This wheel helps children manage their emotions and find a quick solution. Children turn the wheel to easily show how they feel. It has two sides. The first shows the emotions: anxious, angry, scared, tired, upset, discouraged, impatient, and sad. The second shows various solutions: take a deep breath, put on noise-canceling headphones, go to a quiet place, listen to music, take a soothing object, rest, talk, and receive a hug.
