THE MISCHIEVOUS CATERPILLARS
Ages 3 and up.
It's so much easier to learn how to decompose numbers when it's fun!
Our two mischievous caterpillars are ready to help little ones learn about compositions and comparisons!
Children will need to use the colored beads forming the caterpillars' bodies to represent the numbers on the 33 cards in the game. The numbers to recognition can take the form of numbers, fingers of the hand or the constellation of a die.
By stacking the beads on the wooden support, the child will understand how many beads need to be added or removed from the caterpillar's body to obtain a given quantity.
Once this first step has been mastered, you can approach the concept of comparing "greater than" and "smaller than" using the dedicated cards.
Contains: 1 wooden tray wood, 2 wooden sticks which serve as supports for the beads, 33 cards, 20 wooden beads, 2 caterpillar heads and 1 instruction leaflet. Tray dimensions: 18.7x11.1x12.9 cm.
