To do this, the student will have to complete activity sheets covering all the mathematical disciplines.
Contains:
1 144-page workbook (A4 format) contains 30 mathematical learning paths. Each brings together 6 tests covering the essential concepts of the discipline:
- calculation;
- numeracy;
- geometry or measurements;
- logic;
- mathematical game;
- problem solving.
The story also includes cultural data on emblematic places from the five main continents.
The file is completed by:
- a summary table bringing together the concepts covered in each sheet, for the teacher;
- a mission sheet where the student reports their results throughout the year.
Objectives:
This educational tool therefore aims to encourage independent work. Students are encouraged to complete the worksheets at their own pace to accompany Sasha and Max on their world tour. Teachers can also consider team research.
The worksheets work on the following skills:
- Calculate with whole numbers and decimals.
- Solve problems using fractions, whole numbers and decimals.
- Compare, measure, estimate geometric quantities.
- Use the vocabulary, units, and measuring instruments specific to these quantities.
- Find your way around and move around in space by developing Representations.
- Recognize, reproduce, represent, and construct some solids and geometric shapes.
