​This educational kit allows children to explore the phenomenon of magnetism by testing a variety of everyday objects using magnetic wands. By manipulating the materials, students develop their scientific skills and observational skills, while discovering which materials are attracted to a magnet and why.

20 assorted objects (magnetic and non-magnetic) carefullysealed in clear plastic pots, including:

• Non-magnetic materials : Shells, wood, plastic beads, string, chalk, Foam, fabric, paper, pebbles, aluminum, polystyrene, feathers, rice.
• Magnetic Materials : Paper clips, washers, brass screws, thumbtacks, nails, stainless steel, copper clips
